Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking details included.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery by region:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 12–25 business days
We work with overseas suppliers to bring you quality recovery gear at a fair price. The trade-off: shipping takes longer than next-day delivery from big retailers. Every order is fully tracked.
Please note delays may occur during holidays or periods of high demand.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships. You can track every step from dispatch to delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed past the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us at support@resetzone.shop and we'll assist you in tracking it down or arranging a replacement.
