Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used sleep-related products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
International Returns
For international customers (EU, US, Canada): return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before ordering, as international return shipping can exceed product value.
